The total amount of hazardous waste produced by the Group: 913.9 metric tons (Linyuan Advanced Plant, 181.5 metric tons; Maanshan Plant, 386.3 metric tons; Anshan Plant, 346.1 metric tons; no hazardous waste generated in the Taipei Headquarters).

Hazardous waste recovery proportions: Linyuan Advanced Plant, 1.87% (3.4 metric tons for recycling and reuse); Maanshan Plant, 0% (all disposal through incineration); Anshan Plant, 0% (all disposal through incineration). 0.37% of hazardous waste generated by CSRC was recycled.

Regulations defining hazardous waste: Linyuan Advanced Plant identifies and declares hazardous wastes in accordance with the hazardous industrial wastes defined by the “Taiwan Waste Disposal Act”. Hazardous waste (hazardous solid waste). Maanshan Plant and the Anshan Plant all refer to waste listed in mainland China's "National Hazardous Waste Inventory" or are identified in accordance with national hazardous waste identification standards and identification methods.
